Requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate level or above in Restaurant-Hotel Management.
- At least 2 years of serving experience, prior team leader/shift leader experience preferred.
- Staff management and training skills; basic English communication.
- Quick, good situation handling, able to work under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts at the restaurant.
- Ensure guest service procedures meet professional standards.
- Train and guide new staff on service skills.
- Handle situations arising from and guest complaints.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure service speed and quality.
