TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SKYETH GROUP
1. Scope and Acceptance
Welcome to Skyeth Group. These Terms and Conditions govern the access, reservations, and use of all services across our integrated hospitality portfolio in Sunset Town, Phu Quoc, including our boutique hotels (Venice Hotel, Roma Hotel, Sakurakyo Hotel), wellness spas, and dining venues. By confirming a booking or utilizing any service within our ecosystem, guests and patrons agree to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Multi-Property Reservations and Pricing
• All accommodation, dining, and wellness reservations are subject to availability and formal written confirmation by Skyeth Group.
• Room occupancies must strictly adhere to the designated capacity confirmed at booking.
• All rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND), inclusive of service charge and statutory government taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Hospitality Services: Check-in, Check-out, and Guest Conduct
• Standard hotel check-in begins at 14:00; check-out is required by 12:00 noon. Early arrivals and late departures remain subject to operational capacity and prevailing surcharges.
• Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.
• Skyeth Group maintains high standards of tranquility and environmental aesthetics across Sunset Town. Any intentional damage or loss of property, fittings, or artistic fixtures will be charged at full replacement value.
4. F&B and Wellness Experience Policies
• Restaurant reservations and private dining arrangements require adherence to guaranteed party counts and cancellation deadlines.
• Spa appointments should be confirmed in advance. Patrons are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing health conditions or allergies prior to treatment.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of spa sessions or private events must be made at least 4 to 24 hours in advance, depending on the specific booking category.
5. Payment, Modifications, and Cancellations
• Standard deposits, advance settlement terms, and amendment procedures depend on the chosen tariff or seasonal package.
• Non-refundable promotional bookings and event buyout contracts cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment channel within standard banking operational days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, architectural styling representations, brand imagery, logos, and digital assets associated with Skyeth Group and its managed properties remain the exclusive property of the corporation. Commercial use or reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
Skyeth Group exercises professional care to ensure exceptional guest safety. However, the Group disclaims liability for loss of personal valuables not secured within provided safety deposit boxes, as well as disruptions resulting from acts of nature, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond operational control (Force Majeure).
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with services rendered shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of courts in Vietnam.
