01Who is responsible

Together with the companies that operate Venice Hotel, Roma Hotel, Sakurakyo Hotel & Spa and the restaurants, spa and bar in our group (together, “Skyeth Group”).

02Data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email, nationality.
• Booking details: stay dates, number of guests, room type, special requests.
• Identity documents at check-in (ID card, passport, visa) for guest registration as required by law.
• Health information you choose to share for spa treatments (allergies, conditions, pregnancy). This is sensitive data and is used only to carry out treatments safely.
• Payment information: we do not store card numbers; card payments are handled by the payment gateway and online booking system.
• Technical data when you use the website: IP address, device type, pages viewed, cookies.
• Messages you exchange with us by phone, email, Zalo, WhatsApp or Facebook.

03How we use your data

• To confirm, deliver and look after your room, spa, dining and transfer bookings.
• To register your stay with the local police as required by residence regulations.
• For invoicing, accounting and tax obligations.
• To answer requests, handle feedback and keep guests and staff safe.
• To improve our website and services using statistics.
• To send offers, only with your consent. You can opt out at any time.

We process data with your consent, to perform the services you booked, or to meet our legal obligations.

04Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• The operating companies within Skyeth Group, to serve you.
• Service providers working for us: online booking system, payment gateway, email, hosting and hotel management software. They may only process data on our instructions.
• Competent authorities when required by law.

Some providers host data outside Vietnam. Any transfer abroad is carried out in line with the law.

05Storage and security

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law (for example accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.

Access is limited by role, the website uses HTTPS encryption and our staff are trained on data security. If a data breach occurs, we will notify the authorities and you as required by law.

06Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to run and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some features may not work fully.

07Your rights

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your data; to give or withdraw consent; to access and correct your data; to request deletion or restriction; to object to marketing use; and to complain, report and claim compensation as provided by law.

Send your request to the email in section 9. We will respond within the time required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing carried out before.

08Children’s data

We only receive information about children from their parents or guardians when booking for a family, and use it only to look after the stay.
