Which rooms have a fireworks view from the balcony?
Every sea-view room at Venice, Roma and Sakurakyo sees the fireworks each evening. When booking, choose a sea-view category and note that you would like a fireworks view. How far ahead should I book?
Holidays and 15 December to 5 January: one to two months, as sea-view rooms sell out first. Dry-season weekdays: two to three weeks. Rainy season, May to October: a week ahead still finds rooms at better rates.
What are the deposit, payment and children policies?
A 50% deposit is due when booking, with full payment 21 days before check-in. Cancellations or changes before 14:00 on the payment due date carry a fee of 50% of the total booking value; after that, 100%. Children under 6: one child sleeping in the existing bed stays free; a second child pays a breakfast supplement of VND 150,000 per day. Children aged 6 to 12 sharing the bed: no room charge, breakfast supplement of VND 150,000 per day. Extra guest aged 12 and over: VND 300,000 per night, breakfast included. Extra bed: VND 350,000 per night at Venice and Roma, VND 650,000 per night (breakfast included) at Sakurakyo.
Is the airport shuttle free?
Yes, for guests of all three hotels, on a fixed daily schedule. Send your flight number to the front desk 24 hours ahead and the car waits at pillar 4 of the arrivals hall. Pick-ups at 08:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 18:00; drop-offs at 07:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 17:00. Outside these times a private 7-seater is 350,000 VND each way.
Food and drink
Where is the breakfast buffet, what time and how much?
Roma Restaurant & Coffee from 6:30 to 10:00 and Sakurakyo Restaurant from 6:30 to 10:30, at 300,000 VND per guest. Both welcome hotel guests and outside visitors.
Where can I have lunch and dinner in Sunset Town?

Fireworks and Sunset Town
What time are the Sunset Town fireworks?
Two shows each evening: 19:30 is the Symphony of the Sea, free of charge; 21:00 to 21:30 is the ticketed Kiss of the Sea show, with fireworks closing it around 21:30. Fireworks run every night, Tuesdays included, and heavy rain or wind can postpone them. Details in the Sunset Town fireworks schedule.
Where can I watch the fireworks for free?
Kiss Bridge, Pearl Square or Loop Jacuzzi Bar. For the 21:30 show, a seat at Loop needs a show ticket collected by Sun World at 300,000 VND per guest, free for guests staying at Venice Hotel.
What are Loop Jacuzzi Bar opening hours?
16:00 to 24:00 daily, open to non-guests too. Happy Hour buy one get one free from 17:00 to 20:00, and Tuesday is Ladies Night with free-flow cocktails for women. Reserve on 0898 313 315.
Is there an entrance fee for Sunset Town?
No. Sunset Town is open to all. Only the Hon Thom cable car and the Kiss of the Sea show are ticketed, and the front desks of all three hotels sell these tickets at a discount.
How far is Hon Thom cable car station from the hotels?
On foot along Amalfi street: Sakurakyo 2 minutes, Roma 9 minutes, Venice 10 minutes. The cable car runs in three slots, 09:30 to 11:30, 13:30 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 17:30. See a suggested day in Things to Do in Sunset Town.
Getting around
How far is Phu Quoc Airport from Sunset Town, and how much is a taxi?
About 19.5 km, a 30-minute drive along Nguyen Van Cu road. A taxi is around 350,000 VND per trip. Hotel guests use the free scheduled shuttle. Details in Phu Quoc Airport to Sunset Town.
I land after 18:00. How do I get to the hotel?
Book a private hotel car: 350,000 VND each way for a 7-seater, 600,000 VND for a 16-seater, with the driver waiting at pillar 4. Or take a taxi from the taxi lane at arrivals.
How long does it take from Sunset Town to the north of the island?

When is the best time to visit Phu Quoc?

Does Sakurakyo Spa accept non-guests?
Yes. The spa is at 44 to 46 Amalfi, open 09:00 to 23:00 with the last booking at 22:00. Reserve on 0899 108 308.

Can I take fish sauce on the plane?
