Requirements
- At least 2 years as a Western cuisine main chef, specializing in pizza.
- Skilled in dough preparation and traditional Italian-style pizza baking.
- Good health, meticulous, creative in food presentation.
- Highly responsible, ensures food safety and hygiene.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas according to the resort’s recipes and standards.
- Prepare dough and ingredients, control pizza quality before serving.
- Manage the oven and baking tools, ensure cleanliness of the work area.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections during peak hours.
- Propose recipe improvements and new pizza items for the menu.
