Requirements
- Graduated from College or above in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor or Accounts Receivable Accountant at hotels, restaurants, resorts.
- Proficient in accounting software, PMS, POS, e-invoices, OTA Extranet, Internet Banking, and Excel.
- Knowledgeable in revenue, receivables, cost procedures, and VAT/e-invoice regulations.
- Control-oriented mindset, careful, honest, data-confidential, basic English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Check and reconcile daily revenue from points of sale, cashiers, Night Audit, and the system.
- Control cash, bank payments, cards, and receivables.
- Check room, F&B, and other service revenue; control invoices, discounts, promotions, vouchers.
- Prepare revenue reports, sales reports, adjustment reports, and daily revenue logs.
- Review, reconcile, and adjust monthly revenue figures; promptly report discrepancies to the Chief Accountant.
