Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration.
- At least 8-10 years of financial management experience, including CFO/Finance Director experience, hospitality/resort real estate industry preferred.
- Deep understanding of corporate financial management, fundraising, and risk control.
- Strategic thinking, leadership skills, fluent English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the overall financial strategy for the entire Skyeth Hospitality Group ecosystem.
- Manage cash flow, budget, investment, and fundraising for expansion projects.
- Build the financial reporting system, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Advise the Executive Board on strategic financial and investment decisions.
- Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team across the whole system.
