Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledgeable in tax law, Vietnamese accounting standards, proficient in accounting software and PMS.
- Leadership skills, financial planning, able to work under high pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the entire Finance & Accounting department.
- Prepare financial and management reports periodically for the Board of Directors.
- Control cash flow, budget, and operating costs across the system.
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and audit regulations.
- Develop and improve internal financial control procedures.
