Requirements
- No degree required, kitchen commis experience at restaurants/hotels preferred.
- Good health, quick, able to work under kitchen pressure.
- Honest, clean, willing to learn.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and materials as required by the main chef.
- Assist chefs in the food preparation process.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Arrange and store ingredients and kitchen tools according to procedure.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef.
