Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of F&B management experience at 4-5 star hotels/resorts.
- Deep understanding of restaurant, bar operations, and international F&B service standards.
- Leadership, budget management, and staff training skills; good English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and operate all restaurants and bars within the Skyeth system.
- Develop menus, control food and beverage quality, and service standards.
- Manage budget, costs, and optimize F&B department revenue.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the F&B team’s performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best dining experience for guests.
