Requirements
- Graduated from College or above in IT, Electrical-Electronics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at 4-5 star hotels/resorts.
- Good health, meticulous, careful, and quick.
- Responsible, dedicated, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the resort’s LAN network, Wifi, key card systems, TVs, application servers, and telephone systems.
- Understand IT systems, configuration, administration, and security; quickly resolve incidents to ensure continuous system operation.
- Maintain data storage systems (primary and backup), back up system data and resort software daily.
- Check the operation of wifi access points, resort website, phones, and telecom equipment daily.
- Coordinate with external contractors and other departments to ensure smooth systems and services.
