Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- At least 8-10 years of hotel/resort management experience, including at least 3 years as General Manager or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of comprehensive hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical, Sales).
- Strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, fluent English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct all operations and business activities of the assigned hotel/resort.
- Develop business strategy and annual budget for submission to the Group Executive Board.
- Manage and develop the department head team, ensuring effective coordination across the system.
- Ensure service quality and guest experience meet Skyeth brand standards.
- Accountable for the financial performance, revenue, and profitability of the hotel.
