Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of operations management experience at 4-5 star hotels/resorts.
- Deep understanding of multi-department operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical).
- Leadership skills, strategic planning, good English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the entire hotel and restaurant system.
- Develop and improve operational procedures to optimize costs and enhance service quality.
- Manage and train department head teams, ensuring effective coordination between departments.
- Monitor operational metrics, report periodically to the Board of Directors.
- Handle issues arising in operations, ensuring the best guest experience.
