Requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate level or above in a related field.
- Presentable appearance, good communication, pleasant voice.
- Spa/hotel receptionist experience preferred.
- Careful, attentive, able to advise guests on Spa services.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, advise on services, and schedule appointments at Sakurakyo Spa.
- Process payments and issue invoices for Spa services.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure the guest schedule runs smoothly.
- Introduce and sell service packages and skincare products of the Spa.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
