Requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate level or above in Spa/Beauty Care.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, team management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Japanese-standard massage and skincare treatments.
- Training and communication skills, presentable appearance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team of Spa therapists during shifts.
- Perform and supervise the quality of massage and skincare treatments at Sakurakyo Spa.
- Train and guide new therapists on procedures and service standards.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments, handle special requests.
- Manage Spa products and tools, ensure cleanliness of the work area.
