Requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate level or above in Hotel/Restaurant management or related fields.
- Prior experience as a Night Receptionist at hotels/resorts preferred.
- Basic English communication, presentable appearance.
- Careful, honest, able to work independently at night.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures for guests during the night shift.
- Check and reconcile room revenue, perform Night Audit according to procedure.
- Handle guest requests and complaints during the shift.
- Ensure security and safety of the lobby area during the night shift.
- Complete a full and accurate shift handover to the morning shift.
