Requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate level or above in related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at hotels/resorts.
- Team management and training skills.
- Careful, meticulous, highly responsible at work.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign work to Housekeeping staff by shift.
- Inspect the cleanliness quality of guest rooms and public areas according to resort standards.
- Manage supplies, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
- Train and guide new staff on room cleaning procedures.
- Report room status and coordinate with Front Office to handle guests’ special requests.
