Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- At least 5-7 years of Marketing/Communications experience, Hospitality/Resort Tourism industry preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, PR, and effective marketing budget management.
- Creative thinking, team leadership skills, good English communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and brand communication strategies for the entire Skyeth Hospitality Group system.
- Manage digital marketing activities, social media, press relations, KOLs/Influencers.
- Build consistent brand content and imagery across communication channels.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, measure campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations departments to drive revenue through marketing activities.
