According to the latest announcement from Sun World Phu Quoc, Symphony of the Sea will pause from 4 November until the end of 7 November 2026 and is expected to return on Sunday, 8 November 2026, two days earlier than previously announced. Sun Bavaria GastroPub restaurant remains closed from 4 November until the end of 9 November 2026. If your stay falls on these dates, Venice, Roma and Sakurakyo would like to share what you need to know, along with a few ideas to keep every evening special.
Pause dates and return
For four nights, from 4 to 7 November 2026, the sea in front of Kiss Bridge will be without the jet skis and flyboards that usually open each evening. Sun Bavaria GastroPub restaurant will be closed for longer, from 4 to 9 November 2026. From the evening of Sunday 8 November 2026, Symphony of the Sea is expected to return with its third season.
The Sun World announcement refers only to Symphony of the Sea and Sun Bavaria GastroPub. For the schedule of other shows and fireworks on these dates, our reception team will update you each day, so you always have accurate information before planning your evening.
If you have already bought tickets
If you hold tickets for Symphony of the Sea or a table booking at Sun Bavaria GastroPub during the pause (Symphony of the Sea 4 to 7 November, Sun Bavaria GastroPub 4 to 9 November 2026), please contact the seller as soon as possible for assistance under Sun World’s policy.
If your tickets were booked through reception at Venice, Roma or Sakurakyo, simply let us know. We will work with the ticket seller on your behalf and suggest an alternative evening that suits your stay.
