Recently, Phu Quoc has recorded multiple cases of fraud involving individuals or pages impersonating hotels/resorts, fanpages, or room sales agents. These scams often use unusually low prices to collect deposits and then disappear. In some cases, guests have experienced last-minute cancellations, forced price increases, or refusal of check-in upon arrival, seriously affecting travelers’ rights and the reputation of the destination.
